1. Returns
- We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must notify us of the issue within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting our support team.
- Once approved, you may be asked to share photos or videos of the product for verification.
2. Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Replacements
- If the product is available in stock, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund.
- Replacement requests must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Items opened or used.
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Perishable goods past their expiry date.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.
- Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
